How does Mercedes-Benz Collection work?
Use the Mercedes-Benz Collection app to request your next vehicle, including when and where you would like to receive it. A Mercedes-Benz Collection concierge will deliver the fresh vehicle, transfer everything over to your new car, and ensure you’re all set to go. Our goal is to ensure you have the perfect car for any occasion.
What is included in a Mercedes-Benz Collection subscription?
Every Mercedes-Benz Collection subscription includes rights to a vehicle, insurance, and flips between vehicles. There are no mileage limits.
Personal concierge who will clean, fuel, and deliver each vehicle. We take care of all maintenance and repairs so you can focus on driving.

What vehicles are included with Mercedes-Benz Collection?
Mercedes-Benz Collection offers a variety of vehicles from the Mercedes-Benz and Mercedes-AMG lineups. A wide range of luxurious and exhilarating models are included. Vehicle availability varies by location and membership tier. Check out our pricing page for a preview.

How does insurance work?
Insurance is included with all Mercedes-Benz Collection subscriptions. Approved drivers are covered by the Mercedes-Benz Collection insurance policy. Policy highlights:
$1,000,000 liability coverage (combined single limit)
$2,000 medical payments to offset any out-of-pocket or deductible costs
$1,000 member deductible
How long can I keep a vehicle?
Occasionally, when a vehicle has been with a member for many weeks, we might need to ask for it back so that we can do routine tasks like preventive maintenance. We’ll flip you into a fresh vehicle that is just like the one you have.
In practice, most members flip a few times a month and enjoy doing so!
How new are the vehicles?
Our vehicles are within the three most recent model years.
How do I join Mercedes-Benz Collection?
Download our app here and hit “Sign up”. Follow the instructions to create an account. You will need to provide a credit card, select a plan and provide a picture of your driver’s license. We will verify your information, check your driving and credit history. We may need to speak with you during that process. In most cases, we can approve an application within one business day. Then we will contact you to get you started and schedule your first flip!
Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license. Not everyone will qualify.
Is Mercedes-Benz Collection in my area?
Today, Mercedes-Benz Collection is live in areas of Nashville, TN, Philadelphia, PA, and Atlanta, GA.

Who is eligible?
Anyone 21 or over with a valid license and acceptable driving record. Applications are subject to review and approval. Not everyone will qualify.
How do I receive my first vehicle?
Once accepted, your Mercedes-Benz Collection concierge will work with you to deliver your first vehicle. We recommend you reserve at least 30 minutes for your first delivery so we can answer any questions and show you the ropes.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed in any Mercedes-Benz Collection vehicle.
Are pets allowed in vehicles?
We do allow pets in the vehicles, but they must be transported in a crate. It is better for the vehicle and safer for your pet.
What happens if my vehicle needs repair?
Our goal is that you will never have to worry about maintenance or repair issues. If something unforeseen occurs, use the Mercedes-Benz Collection app to notify us and we'll get you back on the road right away.
All subscriptions also include Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance.
What happens if I get into an accident?
First, make sure that everyone is safe, get your vehicle to a safe place, exchange information with the other parties and notify the police. Once the situation is stabilized, call your Mercedes-Benz Collection Concierge. We will bring you a fresh vehicle and handle everything with respect to the vehicle involved in the incident.
How much advance notice is required for a flip?
Flips are available Monday through Saturday. Flips must be booked by 12pm the day before, to ensure that we can service you to the fullest extent.
Booking a vacation? Go ahead and plan your flip in advance.
How do I pay?
Mercedes-Benz Collection accepts all major credit cards.
Is there an activation fee?
There is a one-time $495 activation fee that is to be paid on your first delivery.
When is my monthly subscription due?
The subscription payment is due on the day of your first delivery and will be month-to-month after that.
What about fuel?
All Mercedes-Benz Collection cars are delivered with a full tank of gas, and Mercedes-Benz Collection members are only responsible for the fuel they use. If you flip a vehicle without a full tank, your concierge will refill the vehicle and add the charge to your account following your flip. We never charge a fuel premium or convenience fee.
Mercedes-Benz vehicles run exclusively on premium-grade fuel.
When is payment due?
A valid credit card is required during sign up. Your first monthly payment and one-time activation fee will be charged when we confirm delivery of your first vehicle. Subsequent payments will be charged on a monthly basis, in advance. Any additional charges for gas, upgrades, or other costs will be charged as soon as the flip ends.
What is the minimum commitment to Mercedes-Benz Collection?
Mercedes-Benz Collection is a monthly subscription service. The minimum commitment length in Atlanta, GA is 32 days. After that, your subscription will automatically renew. If you ever want to cancel, just let us know and we will end your subscription after your current month has expired.
Can I move between the different plans?
Yes, members can move between plans at any time. Your monthly subscription fee will be prorated. We require that members moving to a lower rated plan have been on their current plan for at least one month.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. Going out of town? Love Mercedes-Benz Collection but need a break? Just pause your Mercedes-Benz Collection account and have one less monthly bill covering something you're not even using.
Pause your Mercedes-Benz Collection account for any number of days for a $200 convenience fee. Then pick right back up where you left off for no additional charge!
Where can I find the insurance card?
View a digital version of your insurance card under "Your Current Ride" on the home screen of your Mercedes-Benz Collection app. Hard copies of the insurance card can also be found in the glovebox.
Is there a mileage limit or flip limit per month?
There is no mileage limit. Drive on!
Can anyone else drive the vehicle?
Yes, one additional eligible driver may be registered as an additional driver and added to the member’s account, pending a driving history review. To start the registration process send the concierge the person's full name, email, and telephone number.
Are members responsible for their Mercedes-Benz Collection car?
Yes, we expect our members to take care of Mercedes-Benz Collection vehicles as if they owned them. We expect our members to use premium grade fuel. Please drive responsibly, keep your vehicle clean, and let us know of any minor dings or spills via the Mercedes-Benz Collection app.
